The European Union Regulations on Deforestation-free products (EUDR) goes into effect December 31, 2024. Soybeans and soybean products imported into the European Union (EU) must be sourced from land that has not been deforested since 2020.

EUDR defined deforestation as “the conversion of forest to agriculture use, whether human-induced or not.” Your current land and farming practices likely grant you eligibility into this program.
